Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Implementasi Internet of Things (IoT), Kompetensi Reeferman, dan Kecepatan Respon Terhadap Efisiensi Operasional Reefer Container DI PT. Terminal Petikemas Surabaya. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan populasi penelitian adalah seluruh pegawai reeferman di PT. Terminal Petikemas Surabaya. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh, di mana seluruh anggota populasi dijadikan sampel penelitian.
